General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of application

These general terms and conditions apply to all services offered by Waez Services, located at Technologielaan 123, 1000 Brussels, Belgium. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Services

Waez Services offers the following services:

  • Odoo ERP implementation and consultancy
  • Custom software development
  • Cloud and DevOps solutions
  • Technical support and maintenance

All services are performed with the professional competence expected of a professional service provider.

3. Quotations and agreements

All quotations are non-binding and valid for 30 days, unless stated otherwise. An agreement is concluded upon written confirmation by both parties. Changes to the assignment may result in adjustments to the price and delivery time.

4. Prices and payment

All prices exclude VAT and other levies, unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. In the event of late payment, we are entitled to charge statutory interest.

For long-term projects, interim payments may be agreed upon.

5. Execution and delivery time

We strive to perform all services within the agreed timeframe. Stated delivery times are indicative and non-binding, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Exceeding the delivery time does not entitle the client to compensation or dissolution of the agreement.

6. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights regarding the software and solutions developed by us are vested in Waez Services, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client obtains a non-exclusive right of use for the agreed purposes.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid out by our liability insurance in the relevant case. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profits, missed savings, or damage resulting from business interruption.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties undertake to keep confidential all confidential information obtained in the course of the assignment. This obligation remains in effect even after the termination of the agreement.

9. Disputes

Belgian law applies to all agreements. Disputes shall primarily be resolved through mutual consultation. If this is not possible, the competent courts in the judicial district of Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes

Waez Services reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions. Amendments take effect upon publication on our website. Last update: 08/07/2026.
